1. Definitions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms carry the meanings set out below unless the context otherwise requires:

• "ggbet", "we", "us", or "our" refers to the operator of the gaming platform accessible at ggbet.vu.
• "Platform" means the ggbet website, mobile-optimised interface, and all services provided through them.
• "Account" means a registered member account held by a Player on the Platform.
• "Player" or "you" means any individual who registers an Account or uses the Platform.

• "Bonus" means any promotional credit, free spin, cashback, or other incentive offered by ggbet to Players.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer identity verification procedures required under applicable compliance standards.
• "MYR" means Malaysian Ringgit, the primary currency of the Platform.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By registering an Account or using any part of the Platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety, together with the ggbet Privacy Policy and any game-specific or promotion-specific rules published on the Platform.

If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the Platform and close your Account. Continued use of the ggbet Platform following any published amendment to these Terms constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

3. Eligibility & Age Restriction

You must be at least 21 years of age to register an Account and participate in any real-money gaming activity on the ggbet Platform. This age restriction is strictly enforced. ggbet reserves the right to request age verification documentation at any time, and any Account found to belong to a person under 21 will be closed immediately, with any balance forfeited in accordance with applicable regulatory requirements.

By registering, you additionally confirm that:

• You are not accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gaming is prohibited by applicable law;
• You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent or nominee for any third party;
• You are not a current employee, officer, director, or close associate of ggbet or any of its affiliated entities;
• You have not previously been self-excluded from the Platform or had an Account closed for breach of these Terms.

4. Account Registration

Each Player may hold only one (1) active Account on the ggbet Platform. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether using the same or different personal details — is strictly prohibited and may result in all associated Accounts being suspended and balances forfeited.

You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information at the time of registration and to update that information promptly if it changes. ggbet reserves the right to request supporting documentation to verify the information provided, including but not limited to:

• Government-issued photo identification (MyKad, passport);
• Proof of residential address (utility bill, bank statement dated within 90 days);
• Proof of payment method ownership where applicable.

Account credentials are personal and non-transferable. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login details and for all activity conducted through your Account.

5. Deposits & Withdrawals

ggbet accepts deposits and processes withdrawals in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) via Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, and other supported Malaysian payment channels as listed in the cashier section of the Platform at the relevant time.

The following conditions apply to all financial transactions:

• Minimum deposit and withdrawal amounts are as displayed in the Platform cashier and may be updated from time to time.
• Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method in the Player's own name that has been verified under KYC procedures.
• ggbet does not accept deposits from or make payments to third-party accounts.
• Processing times for withdrawals depend on the chosen method and the Player's KYC status. Fully verified accounts receive priority processing.
• ggbet reserves the right to carry out additional verification checks before approving any withdrawal, particularly for large amounts or where unusual account activity is identified.

6. Bonuses & Promotions

All Bonuses offered by ggbet are subject to these general Terms and any additional terms specific to the individual promotion, which will be published on the promotions page of the Platform at the time of the offer. In the event of any conflict, promotion-specific terms take precedence over these general Terms in respect of that particular Bonus only.

• Wagering requirements must be met in full before any Bonus-derived winnings may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier is stated in the promotion-specific terms.
• Bonuses are issued in MYR and credited to the Player's Bonus balance. Real-money funds are wagered before Bonus funds unless otherwise stated.
• ggbet reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any Bonus at any time, provided that any wagering requirements already in progress for a specific Bonus will be honoured under the terms active at the time the Bonus was claimed.
• Bonus abuse — including but not limited to the use of multiple accounts, collusion, or systematic exploitation of promotion mechanics — will result in Bonus forfeiture and may result in Account closure.

7. Betting Rules

All Wagers placed on the ggbet Platform are subject to the specific rules applicable to the game or market being wagered on, as published on the Platform. General betting rules include:

• A Wager is final once it has been confirmed by the Platform system. No cancellation is permitted after confirmation except where ggbet determines a Wager was accepted in error (for example, due to a manifest technical fault or clearly erroneous odds).
• ggbet reserves the right to void any Wager placed on an event that has already concluded at the time the bet was accepted due to a data feed delay or system error.
• Maximum payout limits apply per Wager, per event, and per day as displayed in the relevant game or market interface. ggbet is not liable to pay winnings in excess of these limits.
• In the event of a dispute regarding the settlement of a Wager, the Platform's system records shall be the definitive reference. Where a technical fault affected the outcome, ggbet management's decision is final.

8. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the ggbet Platform. Engaging in any of the below may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and reporting to relevant authorities:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any non-human means to interact with the Platform;
• Colluding with other Players to manipulate game or betting outcomes;
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or glitches to gain an unfair advantage;
• Engaging in any form of fraud, money laundering, or financing of illegal activity through the Platform;
• Reverse engineering, copying, or distributing any part of the Platform's software or content;
• Registering an Account on behalf of a third party or allowing a third party to use your Account;
• Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information during registration or KYC verification.

9. Account Suspension & Closure

ggbet reserves the right to suspend or close any Account at any time, with or without prior notice, in circumstances including but not limited to:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms;
• Reasonable suspicion of fraud, money laundering, or prohibited conduct;
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe;
• Regulatory or legal requirement to do so.

Where an Account is closed for reasons other than a breach by the Player, any verified real-money balance will be returned to the Player via their registered payment method following completion of applicable checks. Bonus balances that have not met wagering requirements will not be returned.

Players may request voluntary Account closure at any time by contacting ggbet support. Self-exclusion options are also available — see Section 12.

10. Intellectual Property

All content on the ggbet Platform — including but not limited to software, game code, graphics, logos, text, and the overall design and arrangement of the Platform — is the intellectual property of ggbet or its licensors and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. No other rights are granted. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any Platform content without prior written authorisation from ggbet.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, ggbet's total aggregate liability to any Player arising out of or in connection with the use of the Platform shall not exceed the total real-money deposits made by that Player in the twelve (12) months preceding the relevant claim.

ggbet is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive loss or damage including loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill — even if ggbet has been advised of the possibility of such loss. The Platform is provided on an "as is" basis. ggbet does not warrant uninterrupted or error-free operation of the Platform.

12. Responsible Gaming

ggbet is committed to promoting responsible gambling. The Platform provides the following tools, accessible from within every Player's account settings:

• Deposit Limits — daily, weekly, or monthly caps on the amount deposited;
• Loss Limits — caps on net losses over a defined period;
• Session Time Reminders — configurable alerts notifying you of time spent playing;
• Cooling-off Periods — temporary account access restrictions for a defined duration;
• Self-Exclusion — permanent or time-limited exclusion from the Platform.

13. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction under which ggbet holds its international gaming authority licence. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved amicably shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts or arbitration bodies of that jurisdiction, unless mandatory consumer protection laws in your country of residence provide otherwise.

14. Amendments

ggbet reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered Players via the email address on file or through a prominent notice on the Platform. The date of the most recent revision is shown at the top of this page. Your continued use of the Platform following the publication of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and request Account closure.
